Director
Sharmila brings with her a diverse experience of two decades in pharmaceutical research and development in a leading specialty healthcare pharmaceutical company. Along the way she lead role as principle scientist engaged in development of various types of dosage forms. Her critical experiences are among developing products from concept to commercial level for all market needs in dynamic regulatory environments.. Sharmila has graduated in Pharmacy from LMCP, Gujarat Unversity, Ahmedabadand and has Executive MBA, in “Pharmaceutical Technology Management” from IMSR, (Indian Management School and Research Centre), Mumbai, Maharastra.
Dr. Pallavi Bafna
R & D Director
She is the R & D Director of the Company. She is enthusiastic, energetic and dynamic, and is instrumental in developing new products. She has done her Post graduation and Doctorate (Ph.D.) in Pharmaceutical Sciences with specialization in Pharmacology from reputed institutes of India. She did her post doctoral research in Physiology and Biophysics from USA (SUNY, Buffalo) and expanded her horizons of research. She has presented many research papers in national and International Conferences and has published many papers in International journals of repute. Designing a product requires thorough knowledge of the disease, its pathogenesis and detailed plant information (phytochemistry, pharmacology, effects, side effects and safety profile). By virtue of her immense knowledge and experience she has developed a range of effective products. She is also experienced in screening/ testing of drugs for various therapeutic categories. Her experience and expertise has enabled the Company to deliver scientifically sound effective herbal products.
Mr. Siva Sundara
Co-Founder
A Lawyer by profession, Mr Siva Sundara Moorthy has been a subject matter expert in all topics of Legal matters. His Humble nature has won accolades by not just the people in his Lawyer profession but across various industries considering his knowledge and humility. Siva's spiritual inclination has been known to everyone in his circles. He has ventured his capabilities in various different industries and won the confidence of his peers and partners with his humility and down to earth attitude. Siva has been very futuristic by his beliefs and thus achieved numerous feats in the industries that he has been a part of, with a strong and rich experience in handling any kind of Legal complexity, Siva has been amongst the sort after expert visionary amongst the circle of his reach.
Dr. Anand Bafna
Co-Founder
He is the Co-Founder of the Company, and the main architect and inspiration behind the inception and growth of the Company. He has done his Post graduation and Doctorate (Ph.D.) in Pharmaceutical Sciences and specializes in Pharmacognosy, Phytochemistry and Herbal Drug Technology. He has a total of 14 years of teaching and research experience. He has many international publications to his credit and constantly inspires people through his lectures on standardization of botanicals and entrepreneurship development. He has hands-on-experience and an in-depth knowledge of herbals, including proper identification of plants and plant materials, performing various extraction procedures, preparation of active extracts and fractions; as well as developing, standardizing and screening herbal preparations for various therapeutic categories.
R. Senthil Kannan
Director - Execution
He is a Pharmacy and Management graduate. His journey through variouswalks of life includes viz., lecturer, manufacturing, management in a familyrun business, from building to leading the company. His associating with learningorganizations and social origination has honed him for a big run. His corecompetency is in process and execution of any operation of a business. He is a vividlearner, passionate in updating with modern management and implementation.
Dr. Ganesh Sangaiah
Co- Founder & CEO.
Ganesh Sangaiah is leading the execution of Nethika Naturals mission, with the ambition to leverage modern science and technology to transform the practice of natural health care products, where people can gain their best selves to health & wellness. His key focus areas are on R&D, Quality & Industrial Operations, with the objective of delivering potential solutions to improve people’s health worldwide.
Ganesh has worked with leading pharma companies and has more than 25 years of Pharma R&D experience. His career in R&D has spanned the globe, with assignments in the US, Europe and other advanced markets. He was engaged in the development and innovations of various dosage forms and drug delivery systems from concept to commercial level. He was a Top-performance leader in evolving specialized trainings for product development scientists in various streams.
Ganesh holds a degree in Pharmacy from MGR Medical University, Tamilnadu, Post Graduate degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences from Birla Institute of Technology (BIT), Ranchi, Doctorate degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences from Maharaja Sayajirao University (MSU), Baroda. EMBA in Pharmaceutical Technology from Indian Management School and Research Centre (IMSRC), Mumbai.
